Personalization is using conversational tone or a user-friendly tone in the lesson by emphasizing personal aspects to the lesson.
When using a storyboard to teach students a lesson, include words like "you" and "I" . Contiguity Principle: The contiguity Principle refers to use of visuals in any lesson. The easiest way to describe this is when creating a presentation and using visuals wether static or dynamic to enhance leaning, be sure to have the visuals close to the text information. To have text explaining a concept then include a picture to help explain it 3 slides away only enhances confusion in the learner.
